Order Processing

We are a very small husband-and-wife team at Earthy Studio. As much as we will love to process and ship your orders immediately, please allow us 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 business days to let you know that your order is on the way.

Store Pickup

Currently, we do not offer store pickup. We may do so in the future, but for now kindly allow our courier partners to deliver on our behalf.

Local Delivery

Currently we do not provide local / hyper-local delivery on our website, and our courier partners may take 1-2 business days to deliver within the city of Bengaluru, India.

If you need rapid, local delivery then please place an order and reach out to us directly. We will try to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to arrange for local delivery and if we do, then the customer will have to bear the additional expense.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days, and our courier partners usually take additional 3-5 business days to deliver.

Currently, we only ship and deliver within India.

Delays from our delivery partners are sincerely regretted, and we do everything in our control to ensure that customers receive their order on time. However, in certain unforeseen situations (natural disasters, courier network problems, logistical roadblocks etc.) we may not be able to guarantee on-time delivery. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer Free Shipping with all standard orders placed on Earthy Studio store (website, Instagram etc.).

We DO NOT offer Free Shipping for bulk, corporate and custom orders. Please contact us directly for more information on applicable charges.

International Shipping Rates & Estimates

Currently, we only ship and deliver within India; no orders with deliveries outside of India are accepted.
